Every project starts with a fixed quote based on a discovery call and an ROI assessment. We don't bill by the hour for build work. If the numbers don't stack up, we'll tell you before we start.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project goes live?

Yes — Silver, Gold, and Platinum monthly retainers cover hosting, security updates, monitoring, and ongoing development hours. Tiers start at £99 per month. Most clients move onto Gold after the first month.

How long does a typical project take?

Workflow automation pilots are 4–8 weeks. Custom applications are 8–16 weeks. Websites are 2–6 weeks. We give a fixed timeline as part of the proposal so there are no surprises.

Are you VAT-registered?

Launchpad Technology Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to invoices. This will change once turnover crosses the threshold.

Where are you based and do you work nationally?

We're in Bourne, Lincolnshire. We work with clients across the UK — most discovery and review meetings are by video, with on-site visits where the brief calls for it.

What if the ROI doesn't stack up?

We'll tell you before we build. If a project can't pay for itself within a reasonable timeframe, we'd rather lose the sale than take your money.

Do I need a support retainer?

No. All projects include 30 days of post-launch support. Retainers are only for clients who want ongoing development and priority response.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Any time, with 30 days' notice. No tie-ins.

Do you work with public sector clients?

Yes — we work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, councils and Cat-2/3 suppliers. Public sector pricing is quoted separately against framework agreements.
