Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can send an email and use WhatsApp, you can do this. The course starts from zero and every prompt is copy-paste.

What do I need to follow the course?

An AI assistant account (the course teaches with Claude — a free account works to start, though a paid plan is recommended once you're quoting daily) and your existing price information.

How long does it take?

It's self-paced. Modules run 35–75 minutes, most around 40–60. You can be producing your first AI-drafted quote the same evening you start, and work through the advanced modules over a couple of weeks.

Is there a certificate?

Yes — pass the final assessment (12 questions, pass mark 10) and you can print a Certificate of Achievement. It attests that you passed the assessment; it is not a trade accreditation.

Will AI write safety documents like RAMS?
