Bespoke software and applied AI · Bourne, Lincolnshire

Retire the workarounds.
Run on systems built properly.

Spreadsheets doing a database’s job, processes that live in one person’s head, tools that don’t talk to each other. We design, build and run the software that replaces them, then keep it healthy once it is live.

Act I · What we do

Four disciplines, one point of accountability.

We take on fewer projects and see them through: from the first conversation, through architecture and build, to running the system once it is live.

  • Bespoke software & platforms

Systems built around how your organisation actually works. The process that lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and people’s heads becomes software you rely on every day.

    • Web platforms and internal tools
    • Native iOS apps
    • Customer portals
    • Integrations with the systems you keep
  • Applied AI

AI that does real work inside your processes, with a person approving anything that leaves the building. Where your data cannot go to a public service, it runs on hardware you control.

    • Document and data extraction
    • Drafting and triage with human approval
    • Private, on-premise options
  • Security, estate & monitoring

Systems kept patched, hardened and watched, and the local set-up they run on tuned so it is quicker and simpler to keep secure.

    • Patching and hardening
    • Network and device tuning
    • Monitoring and alerting
  • AI & robotics

RoboAtlas, our robotics division, helps teams prove an autonomous machine behaves safely before it reaches a real site: simulation, digital twins, 3D capture and test and evaluation.

Act II · Our products

Our own products, built in-house.

Short pitches below. Pricing, scope and fit follow a consultation, because every organisation starts from a different place.

Available on request

Sovereign platforms

Files, sign-in, passwords and remote support for your team, on infrastructure you can point to. Each is designed to be hosted by a UK or EU-owned provider with no US parent, which reduces exposure to US laws such as the CLOUD Act, or run on hardware you own, where requests for your data come to you rather than to a US parent.

  • One managed drive that everyone works from
  • One sign-in with multi-factor, and a leaver switched off once
  • Shared team passwords and private remote support

Illustrative animations of how each platform is designed to work. Available on request, set up and run for each organisation.

Launchpad Drive Team file storage and collaboration, across desktop and mobile.

Launchpad Identity One sign-in, with multi-factor, across your team’s apps.

Launchpad Vault A password manager for teams, with shared collections.

Launchpad Remote Private remote support, run on a server you control.

Available on request

Launchpad Estate

Every server, device and service you run, in one on-premise view. It observes through read-only connectors, keeps each finding open until a person clears it, and sends nothing outside the building by default.

  • A written record of the whole estate, kept current
  • Findings that stay visible until someone signs them off
  • Runs on your own servers
Live

What’s On Board

A guide to what is on locally, county by county, growing across England, where every listing is checked against the page it came from before it appears. We built it and run it end to end, from the data pipeline to the public site.

  • Every listing checked against its source
  • Town and county guides, map first
  • Clearly labelled advertising for local businesses

Glass Worlds

Real-time 3D worlds that run in the browser and follow the viewer’s own clock, moon and season. The same engine work is the starting point for RoboAtlas simulation.

  • Runs in the browser, nothing to install
  • Follows each viewer’s own time, moon and season
  • Custom worlds made to order
Act III · Work

Software we build, and run ourselves.

Our own products are where we prove the engineering before we bring it to a client. Client case studies are shared with each client’s permission.

What’s On Board

A weekly engine reads public listings, checks each one against the page it came from, and only publishes what passes. Anything uncertain goes to a person. One server runs all of it.

Launchpad Estate

Read-only by construction: connectors observe and never change, and nothing leaves the building by default. Shown here on a synthetic 10,000-system test estate, not client data.

Glass Worlds

Reefglass, the first world, is a living reef rendered in real time in the browser and set to the viewer’s own clock, moon and season.

Discovery, architecture, build, run.

The same four stages whether the project is a single integration or a platform your business runs on.

  1. Discovery

We start with the work itself: who does what, where it breaks and what it costs you. You get a written view of the problem before anyone talks about technology.

  2. Architecture

A design you can read: what we will build, what we will reuse, where your data lives and how it is secured. Agreed in writing before the build starts.

  3. Build

Short, visible increments you can try as we go, tested against your real cases, with decisions recorded so nothing depends on memory.

  4. Run

Hosting, patching and monitoring after launch, with response times set out in your agreement. The person who built it looks after it.

All work

Act IV · RoboAtlas

Simulation, AI and test evidence for autonomous robots.

RoboAtlas, our robotics division, helps robotics teams, operators and researchers prove a machine behaves safely before it reaches a real site: as a scoped study, an ongoing test partner, a partner on a funding bid, or engineering support inside your team.

  • Simulation and digital twins: test behaviour safely before moving a real machine
  • 3D capture: real sites and equipment turned into models for planning
  • Autonomy test and evaluation: plain-English evidence for your safety case
Act V · Security & Estate

Kept patched, hardened and watched.

Most security problems in small organisations are ordinary: an update not applied, an old account still active, a service left open. We fix the ordinary things first, and tell you in writing what we changed.

  • Patching

Security releases for operating systems, runtimes and libraries applied at a time that suits you, and every change checked afterwards.

  • Hardening

Administrator access reviewed, multi-factor sign-in switched on, unused services removed, backups proven to restore.

  • Local environment

On site, the network, devices and servers you already own tuned to be quicker and easier to keep secure, without buying what you do not need.

  • Monitoring

Availability, health and waiting updates watched, with response times set out in your agreement.

Finale · Book a consultation

Pricing follows a conversation.

Every build is scoped to the job, so there is no price list here. A consultation comes first: we listen, look at how the work is done today and tell you honestly whether there is something worth building. If there is not, we will say so.
